I've been seeing Dr. Cat for about 6 years. My initial visits were for lower back, sciatic pain. Acupuncture managed it very well.  When I got shingles, I was having excruciating pain in low back, & leg. Pain that kept me up at night. I was unable to lay down or sit for any length of time. With acupuncture & herbs the shingles pain became manageable & over time was gone.  I was seeing Dr. Cat a couple of times a week during the shingles.
